RAID+NAS Enclosure for dual 3.5" SATA I / II HDD

For User requires who require large amounts of data for storage and backup,
The 2-bay RAID enclosure allows two 3.5"HDD to be stored in order to get twice the capacity
(RAID0-spanning only).
Users can make an exact copy of backup data to prevent future data lost (RAID1)
At the same time, users can also set up a network storage environment for the office
and home. To enhance work efficiently and effectively, a network storage
system is utilized in file sharing, FTP upload/download and back-up and etc.
The HUR1-SU2LA uses the fastest data array available on the market. This now integrates
hardware RAID mode switch into 4 methods of operation plus NAS function to
share over the network.

Two 3.5" SATA-I or SATA-II Hard Drive.
Configurable Configurable RAID function for 2 drives.
USB USB mass-storage compliant(USB 2.0 and USB 1.1)

Features at a Glance
Aluminum Construction
Known for it's exceptional properties for being lightweight,
high rigidity and superior heat dissipation capabilities,
Aluminum is an obvious choice when it comes to constructing
a quality hard drive enclosure, especially with the excess
heat generated from the high-speed hard drives available
in the market.
SINGLE MODE
Non-RAID: (Single Mode) Computer will show up as two independent drives. This function is the default setting when only one hard drive or two different models of hard drives are installed.
RAID O - SPANNING MODE
Spanning concatenates multiple hard drives as a single large volume; resulting in a seamless expansion of virtual volumes beyond the physical limitations of singularly connected hard drives.

RAID O - STRIPPING MODE
Striping is a method of concatenating multiple hard drives into one logical storage unit. It is the automated process of writing data across multiple drives simultaneously. Striping is used to increase the performance of disk reads. The multiple hard drives will write data in ˇ§columnˇ¨ effect. If one drive in a striped set fails, all of the data in the stripe set is lost.

RAID 1 - MIRRORING MODE
Mirroring is the automated process of writing data to multiple drives simultaneously. Mirroring is used to provide redundancy. If one drive fails, the redundant drive(s) will continue to store the data and provide access to it. The failed drive can then be replaced and the drive set can be re-mirrored.
